CASATELLA TREVIGIANA

Casatella Trevigiana is a historical cheese that was produced by the farmers of the Marca Trevigiana. The remote dairy tradition of Treviso changed throughout the years, moving on from domestic production to dairy production that, with the use of updated industrial products, have maintained the traditional quality of Casatella.

This soft cheese is produced throughout the year with vaccine full milk and also for the preparation of fast and cold dishes as well as even the most sophisticated ones.
