TALEGGIO D.O.P. CHEESE
Taleggio is a cheese with extremely ancient origins, whose production is limited to the province of Treviso. It has a parallelepipedal form, its paste is softer on the outside of the cheese than the inside due to the fact that seasoning starts from the heart. Furthermore, Taleggio is characterised by an aromatic perfume and a truffle like taste.
