FIRST FLOOR / ASOLO
The Asolo room, located on the first floor, covers more than 100 square metres. With a theatre type of layout it can hold up to 100 people. It has natural light that penetrates into the large full height glass. Through sound insulation walls, the Asolo room can be divided up into two rooms of more than 50 square metres, capable of holding 40 people in each.
The latest generation plants include air conditioning with individual controls, adjustable lights, telephone lines and ADSL lines, amplification and microphones, screens and projectors that can be lowered from the ceiling (2.5×3 metres), flip charts and overhead projectors.
On request all of the most suitable instruments for the organisation of international conventions are provided: from the connection of the rooms in video conference through the production room to simultaneous translation, hostess service and specialised technical assistance, pre and post congress organisation.
