The Asolo 1 room, located on the first floor, covers more than 50 square metres and can hold up to 40 people. The latest generation plants include air conditioning with individual controls, adjustable lights, telephone lines and ADSL lines, amplification and microphones, screen and projector that can be lowered from the ceiling (2.5×3 metres), flip charts and overhead projectors.
On request all of the most suitable instruments for the organisation of international conventions are provided: from the connection of the rooms in video conference through the production room to simultaneous translation, hostess service and specialised technical assistance, pre and post congress organisation.
