The Treviso room, located on the first floor, covers more than 400 square metres and can hold up to 500 people. It has natural light that penetrates into the large full height glass and can be divided up into 4 different rooms (Castelfranco, Conegliano, Follina and Serravalle).
The latest generation plants include air conditioning with individual controls, adjustable lights, telephone lines and ADSL lines, amplification and microphones, screens and projectors that can be lowered from the ceiling (3×4 metres and 2.5×3 metres), flip charts and overhead projectors.
On request all of the most suitable instruments for the organisation of international conventions are provided: from the connection of the rooms in video conference through the production room to simultaneous translation, hostess service and specialised technical assistance, pre and post congress organisation.
