The Veneto room, located on the ground floor, covers 600 square metres and can hold up to more than 600 people. The room can be divided up into five rooms, four of which carry the name of prestigious Venetian vineyards and the fifth has a special extractor unit where it is possible to smoke.
It has natural light that penetrates into the large full height glass. The latest generation plants include air conditioning with individual controls, adjustable lights, telephone lines and ADSL lines, amplification and microphones, screens and projectors that can be lowered from the ceiling (3×4 meters and 2.5×3 metres), flip charts and overhead projectors.
On request all of the most suitable instruments for the organisation of international conventions are provided: from the connection of the rooms in video conference through the production room to simultaneous translation, hostess service and specialised technical assistance, pre and post congress organisation.
